The major issues with learning for every trainee must be identified by the individual training the trainees. These issues could be not being able to comprehend the training material properly/thoroughly by trainees, not being able to critically think, not being able to correlate different subtopics of training material, not being able to create a realistic picture/image of the trainer’s lectures, etc. (Béteille et al. 2020). There has to be recognition of individual differences in timing of learning/grasping the material of the training manuals and trainer’s lectures. Thereafter, the training-design can be customized differently for diversified personalities of trainees like more of documentaries/streaming media for slow learners (Béteille et al. 2020).
